Courtesy Phone Notifications of Past Due Bills
In the past, Clark County REMC has made automated phone calls as a courtesy reminder of a past due bill. Effective immediately, Clark County REMC will no longer be able to notify members by telephone due to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The TCPA restricts telephone solicitations and the use of automated telephone equipment. Notices of past due amounts are always listed on your billing statement each month and members can access their account balance by calling our automated telephone service at 877-484-4042.
Members are encouraged to sign up for SmartHub which is a mobile and web application that allows you to view and change account information, notify customer service of account and service issues and make payments in a secure environment. SmartHub will also notify you by e-mail that your bill is ready to view online and will also include any past due amount. There is a SmartHub logo in the bottom left corner of this page. To sign up for a SmartHub account you will need your REMC account number.
